Dark chocolate spotted madeleines, a twist on the classic french cookie! Although they are termed as cookies, these have a soft, light and pillowy texture, with the dark chocolate adding depth and richness. I decorated these with triple chocolate crispies!
These brown butter pistachio madeleines are mouthwatering, especially when they’re generously drizzled with lemon glaze!
