Oreo Mousse
This cookies and cream mousse is light, airy and so delicious. It’s so easy and only requires 3 ingredients and a handful of minutes to whip up.

This cookies and cream mousse is light, airy and so delicious. It’s so easy and only requires 3 ingredients and a handful of minutes to whip up.
Ingredients
- 120 g of oreos
- 75 g of white chocolate
- 200g of heavy cream/whipping cream
- 4-5 oreos, halved
Instructions
- Crush the oreos into fine crumbs.
- Melt the white chocolate and set aside to cool.
- Whip the heavy cream/whipping cream to stiff peaks (3-5 minutes)
- Fold in the crumbs and melted chocolate.
- Divide the mixture into cups/ small bowls
- Top with halved oreos.
- Refrigerate for an hour before serving, or enjoy right away!
