If you love lotus, you’re gonna love this cheesecake! From the lotus cookie crust to the whipped lotus cheesecake filling to the thick smear off biscoff spread and the halo of caramel crispearls, this cheesecake is practically irresistible.
Buttery crust, creamy cheesecake filling bursting with juicy blueberries, all topped off with a fresh blueberry compote. I’m not the biggest fan of blueberries, but this cheesecake is definitely one of the best I’ve had!! It’s just so good.
Layers of gooey dark chocolate cake sandwiched with ganache, raspberries and chocolate crispies, topped with candied orange, gold leaf and more raspberries! A cake so good, you won’t even realise it’s made with 100% quinoa flour and is free of flour!
These double chocolate blondies are chewy, crispy, gooey, and eggless!! Featuring pools of milk and dark chocolate, this recipe was so good, I had to share it!
A moist, light vanilla sponge with a fresh burst of strawberries, and a crunch of slivered almonds! The perfect tea-time treat.
I layered chocolate cake with vanilla bean buttercream and fresh cherries. To decorate, I covered the bottom tier with marbled chocolate to mimic a barrel, and I used white chocolate ganache to make red drips on the top. To finish it off, I placed a small wine glass, and added some final details using gold leaf and hand placed sprinkles!

Featuring a warm, molten centre and a moist and rich cakey texture, this (EGGLESS) self-saucing pudding requires a few humble ingredients and little to no effort. Served with a few scoops of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of chocolate chips, this decadent dessert is sure to be a showstopper for any occasion!!
