Gooey brownies with a crisp, wrinkled top, drizzled with melted chocolate.
It’s moist, it’s chewy, it’s gooey and it’s EGGLESS, has a layer of buttery brookie and decadent chocolate brownie on top.
Chocolate and salted caramel are two of my favourite flavours, and they taste so much better when they’re together in cake form! This chocolate cake is filled and covered with caramel buttercream, decorated with two caramel and chocolate drips, and topped with buttercream swirls.

Dark chocolate cake layers with pink buttercream. To make the Cone on top, I made a huge cake pop and covered it in green buttercream and added a waffle cone. I sprinkled on some chocolate chips to make it look like a Mint chocolate cone, and added a matching green drip.
Layers of rich chocolate cake filled with hazelnut chocolate mousse and a sprinkle of hazelnut praline... a cake so good, it’s hard to believe that it’s vegan as well!
This half-and-half cake is a decadent chocolate cake filled with Oreo buttercream. Half of it is covered with a bright, colourful piped pattern (it kinda reminds me of a piñata) and the other half is elegantly decorated with dark chocolate buttercream, ganache drip, callebaut crispearls and gold leaf.
